How to Return
Contact Us
Email info@crochetty.nl within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Await Approval
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
